Why are your prices so low?
Because we purchase directly from the factories, we are
able to cut additional margins and pass the savings on to our
customers.
What is your
warranty?
Each watch is guaranteed during the first 12 months
against all material or workmanship defects. Should warranty service
be required, we will repair or exchange the watch, free of charge.
What are your minimum requirements?
We usually do not produce less than 100 pieces.
What is your lead time for delivery?
In most cases, we can deliver within 60 days of initial
order.
If we supply the logo graphics, how quickly can I see a rendering?
Once the graphics are received, a rendering can be
e-mailed to the customer within one week.
Is there a cost for an actual sample?
There are times that there is a cost for the sample.
However, once the production order is given, we apply this cost
against the order.
